Before purchase

Use Free and the explicit 14-day Pro trial to verify system requirements, workflow, provider keys and output on your hardware. Buying a GPU or third-party service is not required by ReelForge and is not refundable by us.

Draft commercial promise

Request a refund within 14 calendar days of purchase with the order number and reason. We may ask for a redacted diagnostic bundle to resolve compatibility defects. This draft does not limit non-waivable consumer rights, including rights applying after activation or download.

Generally outside scope

• Third-party API, cloud, electricity, model, hardware or YouTube costs.
• Outcome dissatisfaction such as views, revenue, rankings or monetization.
• Abuse, chargeback fraud, license resale or material EULA breach, subject to mandatory law.
• Optional update maintenance already delivered, except where law requires otherwise.

How to request

1. Contact Support email not yet live from the purchase email.
2. Include order number; never include API keys, OAuth tokens or the license key.
3. Deactivate ReelForge on the device if accessible.
4. The hosted checkout provider processes approved refunds to the original payment method; bank timing varies.
